Sam Beznos
CEO, Beztak Companies
As CEO of Beztak Companies, Sam is in charge of all management, asset management, development, construction and rehabilitation of existing apartment and retail portfolios throughout the country. In addition, he oversees all new acquisitions and development opportunities for Beztak.
Sam’s expertise is in land development and property rezoning and finance, strategic planning, risk evaluation, financial modeling and valuation analysis.
A graduate of University of Michigan, he also holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from New York University and is a licensed real estate broker in more than a dozen states across the country.
