Krystol Rappuhn is a real estate attorney with over 20 years of experience in the industry, including asset management and legal expertise in the residential and commercial markets in Detroit, throughout Michigan, and across the country. Krystol holds a Broker and Associate Broker license in Michigan, and oversees the Beanstalk brokerage team, including leasing, sales, and dispositions of commercial properties. For 11 years, Krystol worked as General Counsel for a national real estate investment firm which has had extensive real estate holdings including office, hotels and retail, as well as large, unique, high-end single-family residences and multi-family unit buildings. Krystol has also worked as a portfolio manager, overseeing, and participating with a team handling all levels of management for retail and commercial properties in South Carolina, Tennessee, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Florida. Today Beanstalk manages and leases over 4,000,000 square feet of space across the state and builds talented teams around projects.
