Patty is responsible for creating new strategies, developing products and resources along with maintaining carrier relationships for the Hylant Real Estate Practice. Her goal is to continue the long-term success of the Real Estate Practice, which is a result of consistently exceeding client expectations. She leads by making sure the client is fully engaged in Hylant’s culture and that we are engaged in theirs as a true partner. Patty has worked with national real estate developers and owners for over 35 years. Patty is a strategist with the goal of designing unique programs to fit her clients. She has vast experience in guaranteed cost and/or loss-sensitive programs.
